Payments & refunds

Write from your registered email address and include the payment reference from your receipt so we can find the transaction. Eligibility and timelines are in the Refund Policy.

Privacy & data requests

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it erased, write with the subject “Data request — yourchildscounsellor.com”. We complete requests within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself from the app.

Parents, teachers & schools

If you received an observation link for a student and it has expired, or your school would like to run the assessment with a class, write to the same address and mention your school's name.

Grievance officer

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, complaints about how your personal data is handled can be sent to vj.as.entrepreneur@gmail.comwith the subject “Grievance”. We acknowledge within 7 days and resolve within 30 days.
